FP&A Manager - Insurance Broker - London (Hybrid) - £80,000 - £100,000 bonus and benefits Your new company A well-established organisation with a strong presence in the insurance and financial services sector is looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager to join one of its fastest growing divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-growth area and play a key role in shaping future strategy. Your new role You will provide financial planning and analysis support to the business, delivering insights that drive decision-making and growth. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders and offers excellent visibility and career progression. Key responsibilities include: Delivering FP&A processes including month-end reviews, reforecasts, and annual budgeting. Providing performance clarity and actionable insights through KPI analysis and regular reporting. Partnering with leadership teams to support strategic growth initiatives. Driving improvements in data and reporting automation. Supporting financial integration of acquisitions and new products. What you'll need to succeed Strong FP&A and business partnering experience (insurance or financial services advantageous). Ability to interpret P&L and underlying drivers, simplifying complexity for stakeholders. Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Anaplan desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively. Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
