We are partnering with a highly regarded wealth management firm seeking a skilled Senior IFA Administrator to play a crucial role in the continued development of the business.
The role:
* Provide high-level administrative support to Directors and the wider business.
* Mentor and support junior administrators, ensuring efficient workflows.
* Oversee operational tasks and review processes to maintain compliance and service excellence.
* Manage and process Letters of Authority, liaising with providers and clients.
* Utilise systems such as Intelligent Office, Aviva, Prudential, and Transact to deliver a seamless client experience.
About you:
* Experienced in IFA administration, ideally within a senior capacity.
* Confident supporting Directors and contributing to business growth.
* Skilled in Intelligent Office and major provider platforms.
* Strong organisational skills with a proactive, detail-focused approach.
* Able to coach, guide, and support junior colleagues.
