We are seeking Field Ecologists to join our Ecology Team. This position is based at our head office location just outside Tetbury in the heart of the Gloucestershire Cotswolds. The successful applicant will, with the support of the wider team, be involved in all areas of our work, supporting the delivery of positive change for our clients and communities through a focus on projects that reflect our vision and values. With a focus on carrying out habitat and species surveys, you will have the opportunity to help clients deliver environmental net gain through development. Whether you are already a field ecologist or looking to take on your first position we will provide you with an opportunity to grow and build experience in survey, effective communication including with a range of stakeholders, influencing/negotiating skills and report writing within a supportive environment. Key Requirements A full UK drivers licence A degree or equivalent qualification (N/SVQ Level 5) in Ecology or a related subject Experience in ecological consultancy or equivalent sectors Experience of ecological field survey work and/or analysis of data Understanding of relevant UK environmental legislation Consultancy requires knowledge of report writing, as well as project management.
