Care Assistant – One Location, Real Impact!
Location: Watson Place, Trinity Road, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.
Wages: £14.12 – £15.42 per hour (enhanced for evenings & weekends). 20 hours per week (part‑time).
Working Pattern
* Week 1: Monday 8am – 4pm, Sunday 8am – 2pm
* Week 2: Monday & Tuesday 4pm – 9pm, Thursday & Friday 8am – 4pm

Key Responsibilities
* Support residents with daily domestic tasks such as appointments, light cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
* Assist with social activities and wellbeing routines.
* Promote independence, dignity, and community engagement.
* Support with individual care packages.

Who We’re Looking For
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in a UK health and social care role (preferred).
* Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health & Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
* Personality: Caring, dependable, passionate about supporting older adults.
* Location: Live within commuting distance of the development.
