An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join an industry-leading business based in the centre of Cambridge. This role is a 6-month fixed-term position supporting the team through a busy period while they undergo a system change. This role reports into the Head of Finance and offers hybrid working.
As the incoming Finance Administrator, you will be tasked with the following duties, including but not limited to:
• Processing purchase invoices and expenses
• Updating supplier accounts and issuing remittances
• Maintaining donation records and managing the finance inbox
• Supporting bank payments, reconciliations and raising sales invoices
• Collating monthly timesheets and project hours
• General finance administration and filing
As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience in a similar Finance Administrator or Accounts Assistant role, with good knowledge of accounting procedures and processes. You will also be competent in your use of Excel and accounting systems. Additional attributes required for this role include:
