The Role
As HR Business Partner, you'll be the go to expert for all things people. You'll partner closely with leaders, own HR operations, and drive recruitment and talent strategies that attract and grow brilliant teams. You'll also lead and mentor a HR Advisor, bringing guidance, structure, and confidence to complex ER, performance, and absence matters.

What You'll Own
* End-to-end recruitment & talent management
* Strategic HR business partnering with senior leaders
* Employee relations, performance & absence cases
* HR operations, processes & compliance
* Quality HR reporting & insights
* Coaching, developing & leading a HR Advisor
You'll Thrive Here If You Have
* 5+ years as an HRBP/Senior HR Generalist (manufacturing preferred)
* HR or Business degree
* Strong recruitment & talent experience
* Proven ability handling complex ER
* Confident HR reporting & data analysis skills
* Up-to-date employment law knowledge
* Influence, challenge, and relationship-building skills
* Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
* Independence, resilience & a positive approach to change
