PA to MD Birmingham £38,000 - £40,000 Per Annum We are recruiting a PA to the MD position on behalf of a leading care provider dedicated to delivering high quality, person centred services. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Managing Director in a busy, fast-paced environment. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive administrative and diary support to the Managing Director * Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and routine correspondence * Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points * Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD * Manage travel arrangements and coordinate events * Use Google Docs and Microsoft Office to manage documents and communications * Maintain accurate records and assist with data analysis The ideal candidate: * Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information * Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities * A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently * Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail * Will hold a UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle For consideration, please contact Nicky Murdock at Parna Recruitment
