The Role
As an Assistant Development Surveyor, you will:
* Assist in delivering land acquisition projects, securing planning consents, and driving project progress.
* Support planning, legal, and technical due diligence for a portfolio of projects.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Land, Technical, Planning, Development) and external stakeholders (estate agents, local authorities).
* Coordinate consultants and manage fee budgets.
* Contribute to the creation of sustainable, high-quality developments that reflect Hill’s values.
What We’re Looking For
* A degree in Land Management or RPTI-accredited Planning (recent graduates welcome!).
* Progressing toward or holding membership with RPTI or RICS.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
* Experience working to deadlines and managing budgets.
* An understanding of health and safety, quality management, and sustainable design.
