🚀 Sales Executive – UK (RegTech SaaS)
Location: Remote, UK
We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI-powered RegTech company that’s transforming the way financial services, Trading, Securities and FinTech companies manage compliance and conduct oversight.
Backed by leading investors, they’re now expanding into the UK — and looking for a founding Sales Executive to establish and grow their presence in the region.
This is an incredible opportunity for a driven, entrepreneurial salesperson to shape the UK go-to-market strategy and eventually build a team around them.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the entire sales process — from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation and close.
* Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities through outbound engagement and networking.
* Map complex buying groups and tailor messaging to senior decision-makers in the Financial Services sector
* Clearly communicate the value and ROI of an AI-driven compliance solution.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to strengthen the sales pipeline.
* Consistently hit (and exceed) sales targets.
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions (ideally to regulated industries).
* Previous experience in RegTech, FinTech, or compliance technology is a strong advantage.
* Confident managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude — comfortable working independently in a fast-moving start-up.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Organised, coachable, and hungry to grow
