Job Description

About us

Caravane Earth is a cultural and educational foundation based in Qatar, committed to advancing sustainability, craftsmanship, and intercultural dialogue through art, design, and community engagement. Working both locally and internationally, we aim to revive traditional knowledge, foster creative innovation, and inspire positive social and environmental change. Our projects range from exhibitions and residencies to educational workshops and cultural heritage initiatives, each designed to bridge communities and promote sustainable creative practices.

Our mission is built on four core pillars. Food & Agriculture promotes sustainable farming, food security, and the preservation of agricultural heritage, while Urbanism & Traditional Architecture focuses on safeguarding architectural traditions and integrating them into modern urban design. The Textile Program works to revive craftsmanship and support artisans in producing high-quality, culturally rooted textiles. Finally, our Creative & Intellectual pillar nurtures artistic creation, cultural research, and knowledge exchange through residencies, exhibitions, and educational programs.

At Caravane Earth, we believe in the transformative power of culture to connect people, preserve heritage, and shape a more sustainable future. By balancing tradition with contemporary creativity, we work closely with artists, designers, cultural institutions, and communities to deliver impactful projects that celebrate diversity, encourage dialogue, and leave a lasting social and environmental legacy.
