About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our Commercial Services team. In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll support brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth by developing and delivering effective marketing and communication strategies.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to create engaging content, manage digital channels, and coordinate events and campaigns aimed at both B2B and B2C audiences. You’ll also play a key role in analysing marketing performance and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Support

Research and identify new business opportunities
*
Develop and deliver lead generation campaigns
*
Support client engagement and proposal creation
*
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a healthy lead pipeline
*
Monitor and report on campaign performance
Content Creation
*
Write and design content for the website, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and print materials
*
Create case studies, testimonials, and promotional media including photography and video
Website & SEO
*
Keep website content current and aligned with marketing goals
*
Optimise for SEO and improve user experience
Social Media & Digital Marketing
*
Manage content scheduling and creation using tools such as Sprout Social
*
Support the planning and delivery of paid digital advertising in collaboration with external agencies
Campaigns & Events
*
Coordinate marketing campaigns and support event planning
*
Represent the organisation at events and promotional activities
Internal & External Communications
*
Maintain engaging content for internal communications (e.g. company intranet)
*
Draft and distribute press releases, award submissions, and email newsletters
Reporting & Analytics
*
Track performance across channels
*
Analyse results and suggest improvements for future campaigns
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience in a marketing or communications role
*
Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills
*
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools
*
Basic SEO knowledge and experience updating websites
*
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
*
Stakeholder engagement skills and team collaboration
*
Confident using analytics tools to report on campaign performance
*
Photography, video editing or design experience is a plus
