Help prepare revenue budget estimates and close accounts monthly and quarterly. Monitor expenses and prepare grant claims and statistical returns. Manage income billing, track payments, and oversee cash flow processes. Oversee purchase requisitions, PO generation, and invoice processing. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of general ledger transactions. Manage banking arrangements, including reconciliations and cash flow forecasting. Assist with VAT account reconciliations and monthly VAT returns. Contribute to improving financial processes and systems.
