Digital Account Manager Location: Hybrid (12 days a month in the office — you choose the days!) Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience) Experience: 2–3 years About the Role We’re on the lookout for a Digital Account Manager who’s equal parts strategist, communicator, and all-round digital enthusiast. You’ll be the bridge between clients and campaigns — translating goals into clicks, conversions, and happy customers. From Paid Social to Paid Search (and a dash of Programmatic — about 10%), you’ll keep things running smoothly and make sure performance is always on point. What You’ll Be Doing Managing a portfolio of awesome clients and helping them smash their goals Overseeing campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic Spotting opportunities, trends, and moments of “we can make this better!” Collaborating with internal teams to deliver work you’re proud of Reporting on results and suggesting creative, data-driven ways to improve What You’ll Bring 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing (agency experience is a big plus). A solid understanding of paid channels — Meta, Google, maybe a sprinkle of DV360 magic. Great communication skills — you can talk numbers and ideas with equal flair. Organised, proactive, and unafraid to try new things. A sense of humour and a love for all things digital (bonus points if you name your campaigns creatively).
