They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing contract with Midland Heart Housing Association.
Contract Details
* Location: Birmingham, Coventry or Leicester
* Contract: Midland Heart Housing Association
* Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs
* Commitment: Ideally 5 days per week – Minimum of set 3 days per week
* Contract Length: Ongoing
* Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.
* Rates: £23.48 per landlord gas safety check, £30.44 per completed repair

Requirements
* 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
* ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
* Panel Van (plain or sign written)
* Gas Safe Registration
* Clean DBS Check
* No more than 6 points on Driving Licence
* Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
* £2m Public Liability Insurance
* No unspent criminal convictions
