Reporting to our Content Operations Manager, you will leverage our content management systems to onboard products onto a high-traffic eCommerce platform as part of a small team. *We are not offering sponsorship at this time, so applicants for this vacancy must hold a valid right to live and work in the UK. As a Content Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for: Entering content into a bespoke content management system Creating product description pages Writing SEO-optimised marketing copy Managing inventory levels Creating and ingesting visual merchandising assets Ensuring accurate pricing management in multiple currencies Maintaining consistent UX standards on product listing pages Actioning retail merchandising strategies Supporting the sales team in answering internal and external enquiries Assisting in ad-hoc business development projects Developing positive relationships with new and existing suppliers Collaborating with marketing and sales teams on campaign launches Independently managing a dynamic workload with regular re-prioritisation via Asana Answering enquiries, managing schedules, and coordinating marketing and promotional efforts with suppliers Offering creative and technical feedback on products and press assets. Advising suppliers on pricing, branding, and promotional opportunities Evaluating audio content and fixing minor editing issues where necessary Reporting new releases, campaigns and project statuses to internal stakeholders As a Content Operations Coordinator you will need: 2 years of eCommerce / CMS experience An evident interest and and passion for music production and/or audio editing software Forensic attention to detail and accuracy A working knowledge of office suites and spreadsheet formulas (experience with retail pricing lists a plus) Computer & web literacy with a practical interest in optimising workflows Professional discretion and experience with handling confidential information An understanding of fundamental SEO principles Strong time management and task prioritisation skills A true collaborative personality; someone who is honest, transparent, calm and organised Effective interdepartmental and collaboration skills Advanced oral and written communication skills Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goals with the flexibility needed to shift directions as the business environment demands Customer and client facing experience a plus How to apply Please apply with your resume and any relevant links by clicking the "apply" link Benefits We offer a responsible and exciting proposal with an international range.
