About The Role
We are currently hiring Kitchen surveyors across London. The basic salary for this role is £27,500 plus a quarterly bonus of up to £2,000, meaning you can earn up to £35,500 annually.
Main Responsibilities:
* 40 hours on rota basis, including some evenings and weekends
* Conduct expert surveys of customer’s kitchens, ensuring accurate measurements for the design process
* Record all information electronically in line with GDPR
* Maintain exceptional customer service by providing outstanding surveys and communication
* Support the showroom team to improve planning skills, provide feedback, and reduce errors
* Ensure high-quality plans by auditing in advance of order/delivery and providing feedback to develop designers’ skills
In addition, you must read, understand, and adhere to policies and procedures related to Health and Safety as outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
* Full UK manual driving licence
* Excellent attention to detail and error checking skills
* Highly organized, able to manage own time and multi-task
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Process-driven and analytical, able to work efficiently
* Ability to provide excellent service and expert knowledge to customers
* Problem-solver with a positive attitude
* Strong computer skills and confidence in learning new software
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
* Previous experience conducting home measurements/surveys
* Experience using CAD or planner software
* Knowledge of kitchen installation and legislation
* Experience in plan checking or error checking
* Previous experience in the kitchen industry
