Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and management of the school’s key stage curriculum.
* Deliver high‑quality exemplar teaching and effective use of resources.
* Work to improve learning standards and achievement for all pupils.
* Contribute to whole‑school self‑evaluation and school improvement planning and perform classroom teaching duties.
* Mentor and develop staff within the phase, offering guidance and support to teaching staff, modelling excellent teaching and learning, and showcasing up‑to‑date knowledge of current theory and practice.
