About the Role One of our Hospitality clients seek an experienced and passionate leader to oversee a team of 20, and manage all aspects of it's operations for their prominent Italian restaurant. As the Restaurant / Venue Manager, you’ll be vital in helping clients create smiles, while aiming to giving them a great dining experience You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to customers by nurturing, training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment. You will drive standards and have the ability to lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brand standards and ways of working. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll enjoy the buzz of a busy environment and will drive your team to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness. The role will also involve analysing KPI’s, facilitating and monitoring all team training, and adhering to food safety and Health & Safety policies.
