Job Purpose:
Lead strategic vendor initiatives aimed at accelerating high-growth opportunities within the HP Poly Video and Voice market
Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead business growth initiatives across the HP Poly Video collaboration portfolio.
2. Collaborate closely with the UC & Collaboration Lead to develop and execute strategic plans for HP Poly projects and business initiatives.
3. Drive customer engagement through targeted sales activities, including identifying, onboarding, and reactivating HP Poly clients, while supporting broader business development efforts.
4. Manage and nurture commercial and sales relationships with HP Poly and key partner stakeholders.
5. Identify and implement improvements in commercial and operational processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
6. Align closely with marketing teams to contribute to planning and execution of campaigns that support HP Poly objectives.
7. Maintain consistent use of CRM tools to ensure seamless business continuity, with a strong emphasis on accurate forecasting and robust pipeline development.

20. Strategic planning and business case development
21. Experience of working within a matrix structure
22. Proven ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
23. Business planning experience with strong operational cadence
