Job Description
As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:
3. Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and phone, ensuring a professional and helpful approach.
4. Maintain and update customer records accurately within the company's database system.
5. Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients and stakeholders as required.
6. Provide administrative support to the wider customer service team, including document preparation and filing.
7. Handle incoming communication, directing queries to the appropriate department or individual.
8. Assist with resolving customer issues, escalating more complex cases to senior team members.
9. Support the delivery of exceptional service standards across all customer interactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
10. Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
12. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
