As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care and styling services to our clients. Responsibilities
* Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
* Offer specialised services such as barbering, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
* Maintain a clean and organised workstation to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for clients.
* Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
* Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
* Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
* Mentor junior stylists and apprentices, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster professional growth.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Skills
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Proficient in store management practices to ensure smooth salon operations.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
* Experience in barbering techniques is highly desirable.
* Ability to perform eyelash extensions and makeup application is an advantage.
