Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a premium menswear fashion retailer on a 6-month fixed term contract at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a busy outlet store for a brand recognised for its famous, great quality British heritage and strong reputation in menswear fashion retail.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the store team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Deliver an outstanding premium customer experience
* Oversee daily operations including stock control, compliance and shrinkage reduction
* Maintain strong visual merchandising standards aligned to brand guidelines
* Analyse store performance and act on commercial opportunities
* Manage labour costs and support efficient workforce planning
* Act as a key link between store operations and wider retail leadership
