Hudson Lifting is looking for a motivated Hire Desk Controller to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring they have the right equipment for their needs. What you’ll be doing: Providing top-notch customer service by handling inquiries for lifting equipment and our full range of products. Liaising with customers regarding all hire, sales, and service inquiries, offering solutions tailored to their needs. Promoting our company and services proactively, ensuring customers are aware of all we offer. Negotiating hire rates, preparing detailed quotations, and ensuring all specifications are clear. Performing administrative duties, including resolving any customer queries efficiently. You may also be asked to take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and our customers. We’re looking for someone who: Has excellent customer service skills and experience in a high-volume hire desk environment. Can work independently, with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach. Knowledge of lifting and safety equipment is a plus, but don’t worry if you’re not an expert – we’ll provide all the training you need.
