Salary: £29,120 - 29,120 per year Requirements: Degree-level education or equivalent experience Experience working with large datasets and relational databases Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Strong written communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Collaborative team player with strong organisational skills Responsibilities: Support the preparation and submission of statutory data returns (e.g. SLC, OfS, HESA) Review and validate data, ensuring accuracy and coordinating corrections where needed Maintain external databases Extract, analyse, and present data using various systems including Excel Respond to ad-hoc data requests, including Freedom of Information enquiries Produce datasets and reports for internal committees (e.g. Senate, Council) Manage and publish data on internal and external web pages Act as a key contact for enrolment reporting and data queries Provide administrative support to data-focused meetings and working groups Contribute to improving data quality and processes across systems Technologies: Excel Support Microsoft 365 Web Office 365 More: We are an education client seeking a Data Administrator to join our team for a temporary role of 2 months, starting as soon as possible.
