The Role: As the new In House Counsel, you will be: Reporting directly into the GC Working on all aspects of in house legal work especially funds work Providing general legal support for the asset management business across UK, Europe, and the US Ensuring governance and regulatory compliance across UK, Europe, Asia and Middle East Advising on in scope asset management related regulations, including. GDPR, EMIR, AIFMD and MiFID Reviewing/negotiating/drafting a range of agreements including commercial contracts, trading and financing agreements, NDAs, DPAs and research agreements Instructing and working with external counsel as required Working on strategic projects About You: At least 7 years PQE and currently working in a leading asset management / investment Funds practice.
