Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cardiff for an ATA Vehicle Damage Assessor. The Vehicle Damage Assessor will be responsible for inspecting and assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, liaising with customers and insurance companies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also includes maintaining detailed records and providing high levels of customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
