This is a superb Sales Manager opportunity with a highly sought-after upscale lifestyle serviced apartment brand. This is a proactive, hands-on Area Sales Manager role driving Corporate and Extended Stay business into the Liverpool serviced apartments. Cross-selling other properties in the group into clients in your region. Part of a field sales team and reporting into the UK Director of Sales for the group.
About the role
Drive sales across all market segments from across the local Liverpool and wider North West markets, into the apartments.
Manage relationships with key clients and agents.
Regular face-to-face appointments per week to source new business.
Work closely with the UK Director of Sales and wider sales team.
Hold site visits and client entertainment as required.
Produce sales activity reports as required.
What we are looking for
Hotel or serviced apartment sales experience is essential.
Current experience within the Liverpool market is highly desirable.
A proven track record of successful business development and account management is essential.
A self-motivated, driven, commercially aware and results orientated, and proactive attitude is required.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
A full and clean driving licence and own car are required.
