🏡 Conveyancing Fee Earner - Fully Remote
We're working with a highly regarded, award-winning law firm looking to expand its residential property team with a talented Conveyancing Fee Earner. This is a fully remote role with full support, excellent benefits, and a clear path for progression.
The Role
You’ll manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* Client communication and service delivery
* Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development
* Business development and marketing initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
* Staying current with legal and market trends
What They’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx, or experienced conveyancer
* Proven ability to manage files independently
* Strong IT skills and confidence with digital workflows
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ambitious, proactive, and collaborative mindset
