Role Overview As our Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. Youll be the face of Rosewood to architects, interior designers, contractors, and developerstranslating their needs into bespoke joinery solutions that exceed expectations. What you'll do The following reflect the main tasks associated with the position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive: Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, designers, and contractors. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, feasibility, and delivery timelines. Represent Rosewood at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy. What you'll bring As a Business Development Manager your main skills and experience should include: Essential Criteria: Proven experience in business development or sales within the joinery, construction, or interior fit-out industries. Strong understanding of bespoke joinery manufacturing processes and materials. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel. Desirable: Degree or qualification in construction, architecture, or a related field.
