We're offering an exciting opportunity to become a key player in the Remediations department at Jet Aire Group. As our Remediations Planner, you'll take ownership of all support and planning functions across the department, helping to drive efficiency, coordination, and continuous improvement. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with the team to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From strategic planning to hands-on support, your contribution will be vital in helping us deliver exceptional service and results.

Operations:
* Assist and direct the work force to ensure role fulfilment
* Assist in ensuring staff are trained, certified, prepared and equipped in advance of attending site to avoid customer turnback's and site access is arranged through the client as required.
* Invoice and delivery note processing and dealing with invoice queries in a timely manner
* Liaising with clients and operatives
* Raising quotations and new jobs on the system
* Review survey notes and prepare quotations
* Quality control/checks
Commercial:
* Cost and Value recording/measure
* Collate commercial information, generating commercial reports and valuations.
* Manage and administer Big Change and Focal Point systems
* Prepare and distribute sales invoices to customers for works completed.
Administration:
* Timesheets, Drivers Hours and Defect Books
* Vehicle/fleet maintenance coordination including updating all registers
* Ordering materials and tools, and on hire and off hire of plant and equipment
* Replenish stock levels
* Scheme/Job file (electronic) administration
* Answering incoming phone calls
About you:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Polite and approachable at all times.
* Excellent telephone and negotiation skills.
* Must be detail conscious with a high regard for accuracy and well organised.
* Excellent administration skills are required.
* Has a 'can do/will do' attitude.
* Analysis of own performance and takes steps to improve this.
* Remains focused when faced with competing demands.

* Adapts their communication style to suit their customer / colleagues, responding to their feedback or queries.
