Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of mentoring and work experience projects. You’ll liaise directly with clients, education providers, mentors, and students, ensuring all milestones are met and every participant enjoys a high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities
 * 
 Coordinate project plans, timelines, and logistics for mentoring and work experience programmes
 * 
 Maintain effective communication between clients, mentors, and education partners
 * 
 Support mentor training workshops and virtual sessions
 * 
 Assist with matching students to suitable mentors based on career goals
 * 
 Oversee preparation and delivery of work experience weeks
 * 
 Monitor attendance, collect feedback, and assist with reporting
 * 
 Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all milestones are met
Skills & Experience Required
 * 
 Experience in project coordination, programme delivery, or events management
 * 
 Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
 * 
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 * 
 Strong written and verbal communication abilities
 * 
 Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
 * 
 Interest in education, CSR, or social impact initiatives
 * 
 Formal project management training (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP) advantageous but not essential
