Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Teamwear Account Manager to oversee fulfilment and management of our teamwear partnerships. This key role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of teamwear customers, maximizing commercial revenue and handling day-to-day queries
* Grow the teamwear category by developing existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities
* Oversee setup and management of teamwear clubs through APX Teamwear’s online club shop portal
* Coordinate placement and fulfilment of bespoke teamwear orders in line with agreed service levels
* Maintain and update the teamwear customer database, ensuring accuracy of contact details and key engagement dates
* Support general sales enquiries and collaborate with the fulfilment team to ensure timely delivery of all customer orders
* Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required by the Teamwear Category Manager, Sales and Marketing Director, or delegated representatives
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in account management and customer service
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of the teamwear or sports apparel industry preferred
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage
* A passion for sport and a professional, enthusiastic approach
