Our client is a reputed organization seeking skilled and motivated professionals to support administrative operations and office management functions. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update administrative records and databases.
* Perform accurate data entry and document management.
* Process CPF, levy, and related administrative documentation.
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office.
* Coordinate office files and maintain organized records.
* Support daily office operations and administrative activities.
* Assist management with assigned administrative tasks.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation processes.
Required Skills
1. Data Entry – Accurate handling of administrative records.
2. Microsoft Word – Document creation and formatting.
3. Microsoft Excel – Spreadsheet management and reporting.
4. Administrative Operations – Daily office coordination.
5. CPF & Levy Administration – Processing and compliance support.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of Singapore administrative procedures.
* Experience with HR or payroll-related documentation.
* Record management and reporting skills.
Work Experience Requirements
Previous experience in administration, office support, or data entry environments is preferred. Candidates with exposure to CPF, levy processing, and administrative systems will have an advantage. Typical experience range: 1–3 years (preferred).
Education
* Minimum: Degree Holder
* Preferred: Business Administration or related qualification
* Additional: Microsoft Office certifications (if available)
