We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Multimedia Content Executive to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering compelling narratives that elevate our brand across digital and print platforms. Collaborating with the wider marketing team, you will develop engaging, insight-driven content—ranging from video to graphics for campaigns—ensuring alignment with brand tone and strategic objectives. You will also oversee content governance processes, including compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) communication standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of content workflows. This role will see you working from various locations, with your base being our Head Office in Cheadle. Duties include:
* Craft compelling brand and solution services narratives across formats (video, imagery, written copy) that resonate with target audiences
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging multimedia assets for campaigns both externally and internally (e.g., social media carousels, displays)
* Capture and edit multimedia assets using professional equipment and software
* Write, edit, and proofread content for web, social media, print, and internal communications
* Research and develop content strategies aligned with campaign goals and audience insights
* Uphold the brand's tone of voice across all content touchpoints
* Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and compliant with legal and regulatory standards (e.g., copyright, IP, web accessibility)
* Support the implementation of structured processes such as H&S policies and internal compliance
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure risk assessments and safety concerns are noted and addressed
Hours of Work: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
* A creative flair in generating multimedia for online use
* Knowledge of creative packages: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva
* An understanding of creative and digital marketing concepts and best practices
* Experience with photography or videography and editing tools
* Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and positive attitude
* The ability to work to deadlines and plan effectively
Desirable:
* Studied marketing or relevant field at college/university
* Understanding of CMS platforms
* Knowledge of Digital Asset Management

Salary: Up to £34,872 (depending on experience)
