A local Secondary school are seeking an enthusiastic Maths ECT to join our Mathematics department.
This role is ideal for a Maths ECT looking to begin their career in a supportive secondary school with a strong induction programme.
The Role | Maths ECT - The successful Maths ECT will:
* Teach Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons
* Support students numeracy and problem-solving skills
* Work collaboratively within the Maths department
* Take part in the schools ECT programme
Support for a Maths ECT - Every Maths ECT will receive:
* Full ECT induction programme
* Dedicated mentor support
* Ongoing CPD and training
* Supportive department and leadership team
We Are Looking for a Maths ECT Who:
* Has (or is working towards) QTS
* Has strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
* Is passionate about teaching
* Wants to develop as a Maths ECT
