Join to apply for the Team Leader role at Grandir UK. Based at Brighton Road Dicky Birds, Surbiton, you will provide professional leadership to all staff and maintain the highest standards of care and education.
Responsibilities
* Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
* Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
* Identify and address the individual training needs of staff
* Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
* Undertake a shared responsibility for health, safety and cleanliness
* Ensure effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
* Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Ensure that planning meetings take place regularly
* Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
* Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
* Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
* Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
Qualifications
* Level 3 or above in Early Years (essential)
* Experience in nursery management or leadership preferred
* Safeguarding and enhanced DBS check required
