The Opportunity
Join at an early stage of the organisation’s internal tech build-out, working within a small team to establish best practices, improve development quality, and scale capability over time.
This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on technically, while also stepping into a mentorship and leadership role as the team grows.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Development & Delivery
* Hands-on development across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
* Delivering API-heavy integration work and improving system connectivity
* Reviewing and enhancing code to ensure quality and best practice
Technical Leadership
* Acting as the senior technical figure in a small team
* Mentoring developers, reviewing code, and guiding standards
* Supporting team growth and future hiring
Solution Design & Integration
* Designing scalable solutions across D365 and Power Platform
* Owning integrations with external systems using APIs
* Ensuring clean, maintainable architecture
Platform Evolution
* Supporting the growth of the Dynamics environment
* Contributing to future capabilities, including AI initiatives
* Inputting into longer-term technical direction
Stakeholder Engagement
* Working with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
* Acting as a trusted technical advisor within the business
What We’re Looking For:
Core Experience
* Strong Dynamics 365 development and customisation experience
* Good knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
* Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and APIs
* Background in integration-heavy environments
Senior Capability
* Experience reviewing code and driving development standards
* Comfortable mentoring or supporting other developers
* Able to operate as the most senior technical resource
Technical & Soft Skills
* Strong understanding of system design and integrations
* Awareness of AI technologies (nice to have)
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
* Proactive, organised, and hands-on
