Instore Field Marketing - Part of the Instore Senior Team reporting to the General Manager
Field Based role with travel to Worcester office weekly
About the role
* Create and implement new business strategy to deliver financial targets
* Develop and build relationships and strategic contracts between potential partners
* Develop a pipeline of potential new business clients
* Provide insights into broader Field Marketing trends and competitive offerings
* Identify opportunities to extend the Instore offer outside of existing footprints and or categories.
* Support the business marketing plan
Key accountabilities:
To grow revenues and profitability of Instore Field Marketing through the effective development and execution of a strategic sales plan
* Revenue & Profit Growth
* Effective Sales and Marketing Plans
* Lead generation
Engagement, Onboarding and integration of new Clients

* Delivery of Financial targets
* Creation and delivery of New Business strategy
* Delivering pipeline of opportunities

About you
* Field Marketing and Sales Experience
* Strong connections within the retail arena
* Specifically major High street multiples and Grocers
* Knowledge and experience within categories such as Drink, Food, Health & Beauty, Greeting Cards, FMCG is a key requirement
