We’re recruiting passionate and committed Teaching Assistants to join their team — perfect for someone who wants to gain meaningful classroom experience and develop their teaching practice in a supportive, specialist environment.

The Role:
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils access the curriculum and reach their potential.
* Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
* Support children with additional needs by adapting resources and strategies to ensure inclusivity.
* Create a nurturing and positive environment that promotes confidence and independent learning.
* Assist with classroom management, transitions, and maintaining a calm and focused atmosphere.
* Collaborate with staff and parents to monitor and support pupil progress and well-being.
