FLT Driver (Counterbalance & Reach)

We’re looking for an experienced FLT Driver with valid Counterbalance and Reach licences to join our client’s operations team. You’ll be part of a small, close-knit group of 5–6 team members, helping to keep our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts
Load and unload deliveries
Mark up and label pallets accurately
Work collaboratively in the operations room with your team
Support with general warehouse duties as required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentRequirements:
âś… Valid FLT Counterbalance and Reach licences (in date)
âś… Previous warehouse or logistics experience
âś… A good eye for detail and commitment to safety
âś… Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a small team
âś… Comfortable working around frozen products (not inside a freezer)
Shift Pattern:
This is a 15-week rota designed to give you variety and balance. Over the course of the rota, you’ll complete:
1 week of split shifts (days & nights in the same week)
1 week of night shifts
1 week of day shiftsTypical shift times include:
6:00am – 6:00pm
6:00pm – 6:00am
6:00am – 4:00pm (Saturdays)
6:00pm – 2:00am (some Sunday nights)
