The Role: We're recruiting Team Leaders to join our manufacturing operation in Crick, Northamptonshire. These permanent roles support our Warehouse team and play a key part in creating a safe, collaborative and highperforming working environment. Role Overview: Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off (12hour shifts) Shift: Nights (18:00-06:00) Average hours: 42 per week Pay: £17.19 per hour plus £0.61 per hour shift allowance The 4on4off pattern offers predictability, extended rest periods, and greater ability to balance work with life outside of work. About the Role: As a Team Leader, you'll support and motivate your team to deliver daily operational goals while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and teamwork. You'll lead by example, helping people perform at their best and contributing to the overall success of INSPIRED. You'll report to the Area Shift Leader and work closely with colleagues across operations.
