Family Support Worker - Redhill Permanent | Full Time | £27,531 per annum Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children, young people, and families? We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and experienced Family Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Redhill, supporting families with complex needs through a strengths-based approach. About the Role: As a Family Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive, fair, and compassionate support and assessments. You will be responsible for daily family monitoring, attending appointments, facilitating group work, administering medication, and contributing to care planning and safeguarding practices. You will also collaborate closely with childcare staff and participate in team meetings and supervisions.
