One of our valued clients, a Global Manufacturing business, are looking to add a Senior Process Engineer to the team. The client are going through a period of change, undergoing a programme of Operational Excellence with the aim of improving efficiency. This role will play a key part of that programme, mentoring junior engineers on the shop floor, overcoming engineering challenges and identifying and driving opportunities for continuous improvement. The environment here is a highly automated production facility, producing a high number of units per year across a variety of designs and specifications. This is a mature Manufacturing business that do so many things extremely well. We are looking for an experienced engineer who can keep hold of these strengths, whilst striving for that next stage of development.
