Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the work area. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards. Key Criteria: A high level of experience of knife work Skilled in cutting, cleaning and preparing all fish products. Will be positive, flexible and hardworking with a passionate commitment to quality Support the delivery of all orders and key performance targets in your area and ensure attention to detail and that procedures are followed Successful candidates will need to demonstrate good manual dexterity, have a good eye and hand co-ordination, show attention to detail and commitment to quality.
