NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
The post-holder will provide support to the Head of Staff Experience to ensure the delivery of the key objectives arising from the NHSGGC Workforce Equality Action Plan, progress on which is managed through the Board Workforce Equality Group.
The post-holder will oversee and manage the day to day co-ordination and delivery of specific programme activity. This role will focus on project delivery, accessing & collating complex information, and preparing appropriate papers/reports and preparing briefings to enable delivery of objectives in an effective manner.
The role will involve researching issues using a variety of sources to obtain information for reports, papers and responses to correspondence.
Attend meetings to take minutes, prepare agenda/notes and connecting and actively liaising with key stakeholders to take actions forward.
