Where?
We work with schools in: Harlow, Epping, Loughton, Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Theydon Bois, Waltham Abbey and surrounding areas
Roles we have available:
We have a number of various roles available and cover the following options
* Teaching Assistant (TA)
* SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)
* Autism (ASD) Support
* SEMH / Behaviour Support
* 1:1 Support
* Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
* Nursery Practitioners
* HLTA/Cover Supervisor (where appropriate)
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
* Supporting children in class or on a 1:1 basis
* Working with pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and additional needs
* Using creative approaches to keep pupils engaged
* Managing behaviour calmly and consistently
* Building trust, routines and positive relationships
* Being a reliable and supportive presence in the classroom
