The role
As Compliance Manager at Manchester Airport, you will inspect, assess and report on the operational delivery of Airport performance standards, including infrastructure and technology, providing assurance that business objectives and regulatory standards are being met. You will lead on security systems governance, including CCTV, CEM and other reporting systems, and the development of Power BI reporting that supports the attainment of a MAN Security Management System. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement and development of security processes, including new technologies, training and security best practices.
What will make you successful in the role?
We are looking for someone who has experience working in aviation security and is trained to National Aviation Security Level 2 or above. You’ll be a strong communicator, with the ability to influence and gain credibility with others across the business. You’ll also have excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and report findings at a senior level.
