⏰ Hours: Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am – 1:00pm / Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
💰 Pay: £12.21ph

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to join our clients team on a part-time maternity cover basis. As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors and customers, and directing them appropriately.
Managing customer sales and payments both in person and over the phone.
Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner.
Preparing customer quotations and processing agreements accurately.
Providing customer access to storage areas and assisting with trolleys.
Keeping reception and storage areas clean, tidy, and secure.
Managing post and updating customer records confidentially.
Assisting with general administrative tasks and other duties as requiredRequirements:

✅ Ability to multitask and work independently.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.
