We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join a fast‑growing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across business development, client relationship management, and preliminary loan assessments. You’ll play a key role in helping the business grow while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth by identifying and developing new client opportunities
* Manage enquiries from brokers and clients, providing initial assessments before full review
* Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and clients
* Assist in refining processes and supporting product development initiatives
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights into strategy
* Support senior management with events, meetings, and ad hoc projects
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey from enquiry to completion
* Provide mentoring and support to colleagues as required
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, able to handle multiple priorities
* Comfortable using spreadsheets and CRM systems to track activity
* Flexible, proactive, and collaborative team player
* Prior experience in financial services or lending is desirable but not essential
