Our Audit Clients & Markets team is looking for a Manager to conduct go-to market strategy and national initiatives that promote a culture of sustainable growth and innovation in Audit. This is an exciting, new opportunity that will provide hands-on project management experience leading a multi-year transformation project and will offer the successful candidate priceless mentorship opportunities from our tenured KPMG network of professionals. The successful incumbent will work hand-in hand with the Director, Audit Client & Markets and KPMG leadership in creating and maintain digital infrastructure that support national audit market activities such as: enabling regional audit leadership teams in live client development and pursuit initiatives and supporting the retention of existing audit clients. What you will do
* Work with members of National Audit Leadership and regional audit clients & markets leaders to support the annual business planning process, including identification, and reporting of national priority pursuits and client care accounts
* Own the development and maintenance of audit clients & market portals, provide self-help materials for teams to succeed in their initiatives related to pursuits and client-care, and consistently identify and develop best-practice collateral, ensuring it is made available to the wider audit practice to implement in the field
* Work with colleagues from national audit, clients & markets, pursuits, and market insights teams to drive continuous improvement to Audit proposal and client care support materials that align with our clients' needs
* Write bespoke content for pursuit teams to use as resources while managing time-sensitive projects and create/ present win themes and strategies to the overall team
* Develop, maintain, and present dashboard reports on key audit clients & markets performance metrics
* Coach and mentor proposal writers/ account team in development of effective content for audit proposals and oral presentations while cross-pollinating best practices
* Ensure relevant thought leadership for audit committees, boards, management, and key executives across industries is brought to bear in our audit pursuit and client care interactions
* Ensure resources and materials are easily available to teams working in the field while gathering feedback and tracking adoption rates of any new coaching/training resources
* Support Area Managers, geographical leadership, and business unit leaders in establishing and maintaining the appropriate cadence to execute pursuit, client care and profitability-related strategic activities.
* Monitor national portfolio of priority pursuits and client care progress; intervening proactively to provide guidance, tools, and other support as required for individual opportunities
* Work with regional leadership teams to set and facilitate pursuit and client care strategic meetings, drive execution of key targets and outcomes
* Set up and facilitate regular cadence meetings with key audit clients & markets stakeholders to manage activities related the group's strategic pillars
What you bring to the role
* 7+ years of experience in a similar role (Clients and Markets role or Pursuit's) and/or strong understanding of Audit Clients & Markets
* Experience managing end-to-end pursuits and projects, professional services environment is preferred
* Strong influential and relationships building skills- track record of building trust and managing expectations at all levels of the organization- earn trust of partners and managers alike
* Ability to prioritize work and manage conflicting demands
* Strong work ethic, dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of service and quality
* Strong analytical. presentation and storytelling skills, ability to communicate concisely and effectively both written and verbally
* Post-Secondary education in Business, Economics, Marketing & Communication or relevant subject
* Strong team player and have meticulous attention to detail
* Strong mentoring and performance management skills- past people management experience is preferred
* Proficiency in English at a business level is required.
KPMG Ontario Region pay range information
The expected base salary range for this position is $104,000 to $154,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $104,000 to $154,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications.
